Big Bend Community College is excited to welcome Lindsey Linthicum as the new Head Coach of Viking Women’s Volleyball. Coach Linthicum brings a passion for player development, a competitive spirit, and a commitment to building a positive, team-first culture both on and off the court.

“Lindsey is exactly the type of leader we want guiding our volleyball program,” said Big Bend Athletic Director Benjamin Griffin. “She’s driven, passionate about developing young women as both athletes and people, and she’s committed to building a strong culture here at Big Bend. We’re thrilled to have her join the Viking family.”

A former collegiate athlete herself, Lindsey has a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed at this level and is eager to lead the Vikings into a new era of volleyball. Her coaching philosophy centers on hard work, accountability, and creating a supportive environment where student-athletes can grow as leaders and competitors.
