Vikings Outlast Warriors in Overtime Thriller

Coming off an emotional victory over Spokane Falls, BBCC hit the road once again for a tough matchup with the Walla Walla Warriors. The Vikings knew they would need another gritty performance, and that's exactly what they delivered in an 86–80 overtime victory.

BBCC controlled much of the first half, edging out a narrow 30–29 lead at the break. The Warriors answered in the second half, clawing their way back into the contest and matching the Vikings possession for possession. As regulation came to a close, the score stood tied at 68, forcing overtime in a battle that had been tight from start to finish.

In the extra period, BBCC kept its composure. The Vikings executed down the stretch, knocking down key shots and getting timely stops to secure the six-point win.

Sugar Eaton led the charge with a dominant performance, pouring in 33 points on an efficient 13-of-21 shooting night. Jakari Singleton provided a strong scoring punch as well, adding 26 points to keep pressure on the Warriors' defense. Miguel Taylor made his presence felt on both ends of the floor, recording a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds in the victory.

With the win, BBCC builds momentum heading into the final game of the regular season. The Vikings will return home to the DeVries Activity Center in Moses Lake, where they are set to face the Yakima Valley Yaks. With postseason implications on the line, BBCC will look to carry its overtime resilience into the regular-season finale.
